Step By Step

A man with blond hair, beard, glasses, and tattoos is speaking to an audience in a dark room, possibly at a presentation or workshop, with musical instruments in the background.

We start with a discovery call to learn about the scope of your ministry, God’s vision for your church, and the current struggles you face. During this call, we will outline some of the major projects you want addressed during our collaboration together. We may ask you for lists and resources to help us prepare a proposal.

STEP ONE: Discovery Call

Two people working with audio and video equipment; a woman seated at a desk with a laptop and a coffee cup, and a man standing beside her with headphones and a keyboard.

We use the resources and information you provided in step one to prepare a written list of all the documents and processes we will craft for you. We will meet again to discuss the scope of the project and make sure every one of your needs is addressed. Once you agree to move forward, we will begin the creation process!

STEP TWO: Proposal

A group of people attending a church service or community event, with some raising their hands, while a band performs on stage with a keyboard, drum set, and microphone. The scene takes place indoors in a spacious room with windows and a large screen displaying song lyrics.

Collaborating with you, we build intentional, aligned documents for your church. Every step is outlined, every process is detailed, every role is defined. We want your team to have the most comprehensive experience and make the most of their time volunteering. This is the most time-consuming step, but making sure that every process is clear is well worth the time and effort.

STEP THREE: Creation

We deliver the documents to you, and your Serve Team begins to function with clarity, alignment, and intentionality. If you need, we can arrange personal training for your key leaders for implementation as an upcharge option. Then you begin functioning with these newly crafted processes, and your church gets better at fulfilling its mission!

STEP FOUR: Delivery
