After years in the private sector, in 2019, a young pastor took a chance on someone with little church experience and hired me full-time to help build systems and structures for the various volunteer teams at the church.

That church grew from 200 people to 1,500 people in two years. Through that process, as well as the journey of planting Good News Church in Arvada, CO, I’ve learned how to create healthy, aligned, and clear systems that make becoming a part of the church a joy.

It’s my honor to come alongside you as you faithfully work to help your church accomplish its mission and create systems that deliver.

Hi, I’m Josh Pyland

God has already given you a great vision. The systems at your church should support that vision and encourage others to attach to it.

My Approach

Clarity

The number one frustrator for volunteers is a lack of clarity. Knowing what’s expected of them, when to show up, and what constitutes a “win” helps keep your people engaged.

Alignment

Having systems that directly and clearly support the vision of the church, with terminology that matches, creates a culture of organizational health.

Intentionality

Letting people know that we were expecting them, that we are ready for them, and that we want to make their experience enjoyable is what we’re all about.

God has gifted me with the ability to think strategically. I use that gift to help your church develop impactful systems. We do the heavy lifting for you, so you can stay focused on the task at hand.
